CS2 lifts ban from “Forsaken”, one of CSGO’s most notorious cheaters

He was playing for the team OpTic India at the time and was caught by the tournament organizers using an aimbot, a type of cheat that automatically aims at opponents. This resulted in his immediate disqualification from the tournament and a lifetime ban from all future events organized by the Electronic Sports League (ESL).

The Consequences He Will Face if He Returns

In the wake of his cheating incident, Forsaken has been subject to much stigma and criticism from the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS2) community. While Forsaken’s ban may have been lifted, it is unlikely that he will be welcomed back into the CSGO community with open arms. Many players and organizations have expressed their disapproval of the decision and have stated that they will not be working with Forsaken in the future. This serves as a reminder that the consequences of cheating can extend beyond just a ban from tournaments.
