Resident Evil 9 Leaked Revealed, Game is in Development

Although Resident Evil Village isn’t due to release until May, it seems like Capcom might already be working on the next iteration of the survival-horror franchise.
The rumour comes from @AestheticGamer1, who also goes by “Dusk Golem.” The leaker addressed Capcom’s recent progress on the title but was cautious to point out that he does not expect it to release before 2024. One of the most important Capcom franchises is the Resident Evil franchise, but it seems not unpredictable. When the new project draws to a close, it makes only sense that the publisher will look for the future.

He has been one of the most influential voices on the rumored Silent Hill overhaul for those unfamiliar with @AestheticGamer1. Whether or not those rumors are true remains to be seen, but they have taken a lot of steam over the past few months to give his initial reporting some credibility. @AestheticGamer1 has recently said he is a producer of games, which apparently makes him privileged to insider knowledge about the titles. However, readers can also use a pinch of salt to make these rumours.
Of course, some time is going to pass before fans know whether the ninth Resident Evil is still in development or not! Publishers prefer to keep this sort of material confidential before an official disclosure is made available, and we are only a few years away from this by @AestheticGamer1 own news. Between the release of the Resident Evil Village and the next series entry, probably in the form of another restoration, more Resident Evil content seems to be seen.
Regardless, it seems as it is never better for fans of the series with Resident Evil Village and the new action film this year.
