Adin Ross Rage Moment after Losing $20K Spilgate Match
By: Hypron || Aug 12, 2021
Losing in a multiplayer game can be extremely frustrating, and many players have taken their frustrations out on their controllers throughout the years. Adin Ross of Twitch did just that after a Splitgate match with fellow streamer yourRAGE. During an August 10th stream, Ross challenged yourRAGE to a 1v1 bout in the game, with a cool $20,000 on the line. YourRAGE, on the other hand, won the competition with 12 kills to Ross’ three. Ross banged the controller repeatedly against the desk after the final loss, evidently upset. He did, however, say “nice game, dude” to his opponent after signing out.
Ross was teased for ragequitting in the Tweet below, which was reposted in a Quote Tweet by yourRAGE. One can’t understand Ross for being frustrated; $20,000 is a substantial sum of money, and the Splitgate match clearly didn’t go as planned. However, it may persuade the streamer to reconsider making such a wager! At the very least, he is unlikely to underestimate yourRAGE’s abilities if the two face-up again.

Splitgate is a free-to-play first-person shooter for those who are new to it. Splitgate, created by 1047 Games, contains science fiction-inspired locations and individuals capable of creating wormholes around the map. The game has been described as “Halo meets Portal,” and it’s clear to detect the influence of both games. Splitgate went into early access in 2019, and its beta version was published last month. The game has witnessed a big rise in interest in recent weeks, which can most likely be attributable to streamers like Ross and yourRAGE.
Splitgate is available now on PC . Playstation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
