Why Dev1ce Left Astralis For NIP?

Nicolai “Dev1ce” Reedtz and NIP CEO Hicham Chahine held a press conference following the announcement of the star AWPer’s signing for the Swedish organization, where they discussed the unexpected transfer of the Danish player from Astralis, where he had been playing for the past five years, to the outfit under the orders of head coach Björn “Danger” Pers.

“There were a lot of determining factors,” Gadget said as the press conference began. “I’ve lived in Sweden for a long time, and there was a lot of time spent, not stress, just time spent, travelling back and forth between Denmark and Sweden.” The energy it takes [to do that] is something that I could put elsewhere, into becoming a better player, and I think opening up the possibility of me putting that into training hours is a big factor for me.”

He added that the second factor was the commitment of the Swedish organization to create a culture of performance. I just knew that NIP was investing in the same stuff that I think I was really surprised by the setup here and I really think I got in the right spot to raise myself to a New Niveau, so I don’t really have that much knowledge when we started talking.

“Each team member knows that they are very talented and that the heavens are the limit. I hope I can put this knowledge and expertise into some elements and take care of the rest of the successful crew. That was the biggest factor, I believe.”

After five years with the Danish Organisation, the device left Astralis after he had earned four major awards and many other foreign titles. The Danish organization was successful. His goal is to win his fifth Grand Title at home with his new team and to see this new chapter of his career.
