Whether you’re celebrating the long Thanksgiving weekend or just taking a regular end-of-the-week break, there’s plenty to watch on all your favourite streaming services. For one thing, no matter what you’re in the mood for, your next binge-watch is taken care of.

The first two episodes of Hawkeye, the latest Marvel show, are now available on Disney Plus, giving the MCU a holiday twist. Fans of action in the United States can also get their fix from the third and final season of Hanna on Amazon Prime Video, which concludes the storey in a climactic manner.

This weekend also sees the premiere of Peter Jackson’s documentary series The Beatles: Get Back, or if you’re looking for something lighter, reality show Selling Sunset returns to Netflix. In terms of movies, Netflix has the holiday stop-motion short film Robin Robin, as well as the most recent adaptation of Little Women, which is now available only in the UK.

Here is the listen of Movies 7 Shows that you can spend your weekend.

Hanna (Season 3) – Amazon Prime

Hanna is back for a third season, which showrunner David Farr has described as the show’s “final act.” Esme Creed-Miles plays the titular character (played by Saoirse Ronan in the film), a girl raised in the wilderness and trained as an assassin by Erik, an ex-CIA operative (The Suicide Squad’s Joel Kinnaman). As the series’ events come to a close, expect plenty of action.

Hawkeye – Disney Plus Hotstar

In the latest MCU series, Jeremy Renner reprises his role as master archer Clint Barton (AKA Hawkeye), while Hailee Steinfeld co-stars as comic book favourite and Hawkeye protege Kate Bishop. To return to his family in time for Christmas, the pair must work together – however reluctantly – to confront enemies from Barton’s past as Ronin. That’s right, it’s a holiday-themed MCU show. In addition to Florence Pugh, Vera Farmiga, and Alaqua Cox, the film stars Florence Pugh, Vera Farmiga, and Alaqua Cox.

Robin Robin – Netflix

Aardman Animations, the studio behind Wallace & Gromit and Chicken Run, has released a heartwarming short film with Robin Robin to get you in the holiday spirit. The stop-motion film follows a young robin who was raised by a mouse family; she wishes on a Christmas star to finally learn who she is and how to use her wings. Richard E. Grant, Gillian Anderson, and Adeel Akhtar are among the voice actors.

Little Women – Netflix (UK Only)

Greta Gerwig’s adaptation of Louisa May Alcott’s classic coming-of-age novel, Lady Bird, is a perfect cosy, festive watch. The March sisters are played by Saoirse Ronan, Florence Pugh, Eliza Scanlen, and Emma Watson, and the film follows their lives as they grow up in 19th-century Massachusetts, from joys to tribulations. Laura Dern, Meryl Streep, Timothée Chalamet, and Bob Odenkirk also star in the film, which was nominated for six Academy Awards, including Best Picture.

Selling Sunset (S4) – Netflix

Everyone’s favourite high-end real estate agents are back for a fourth season on Netflix, and there’s a lot going on in Los Angeles post-pandemic. Davina has left the Oppenheim Group for a rival agency in the new season, Christine is pregnant, Heather is engaged, and there are new faces in the office. Except for a lot of drama, ostentatious houses, and high-heeled shoes that appear to be impossible to walk in.
