Fortnite Is Getting 2 New Street Fighter's Skin

The Fornite and Street Fighter are collaborating to bring two new skins in the game which features Street Fighter’s two most famous brawlers: Chun-Li & Ryu, an official Fortnite statement confirmed this news.

Before the official announcement people already know about it as some leaks already came.

This was one of the deepest Fortnite leaks in the recent past. As Eurogamer noted, Fortnite leaker ShiinaBR first shared a short clip of assets for a currently unannounced portal coming to Fortnite. Portals have become Epic’s focal point for introducing crossover content into the Fortnite universe, and this one, in particular, seems to be coming with the backdrop of Suzaku Castle from Street Fighter 2 and a dead alarm clock for Ryu’s theme song,

Twitter user Guille_GAG added the fire with Added fuel to a leaked screenshot of Chun Li and Ryu skins for Fortnite, and it all came together in a recently leaked Youtuber FortnitePook707. In it, Chun-Li and Ryu are torn from an arcade cabinet and sucked into the Fortnite universe. They also shared a short clip of Two Emotes Apparently Coming Into the Crossover: the Hyakuretsukaku Kick for Chun-Li and Ryu’s legendary Shoryuken.

Epic has not officially announced this cosmetic or other Street Fighter content, but given the multitude of leaks this probably sooner rather than officially later. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Fortnite Street Fighter cosmetics arrived in the next two weeks, especially if players now find the new portal in-game, as this video from iantothemax (discovered by Kotaku) shows.
