Riot has revealed the North American leaderboards for their competitive shooter Valorant, and it looks like Cloud9 star Tyson “TenZ” Ngo is reigning the NA throne as he sits at the number one spot.

TenZ is followed by a player with the nickname ‘DOINKMACHINE87’ occupying the #2 spot and ‘AsunaCS’ at #3.

TenZ is a retired Counter-Strike pro who has played CSGO for several years and has been a part of the former Cloud9 roster before going inactive in late October. He announced his retirement from aggressive CS to pursue a career in professional Valorant in April 2020, during the closed beta of Riot’s shooter.

The exceptional abilities of the 19-year-old in Valorant earned him a place in the Cloud9 roster on April 12th, and he keeps to play in the North American org to this date.
Cloud9’s recent achievements include landing a third-place finish at Pop Flash in August and a first-place win at the PAX Arena Invitational back in July.
