Cloud9 releases AWPer Woxic within just 3 Month into the Contract

Yesterday Cloud9 Manager “HenryG” tweeted a statement regarding the release of the Ozgur “woxic” Eker stint with cloud9 came to an end after just three months into the contract, the North American CSGO organization announced in a tweet. Woxic contract was terminated, effective from Jan 14, allowing him to search for a better opportunity as a free agent.

Cloud9 CSGO general manager Henry Greer “HenryG” tweet gave shock to so many cloud9 csgo fans, “but allowing this to continue wouldn’t have been in the best interest of the squad in the long run”.

During his three month tenure in the team, woxic played almost 25 maps, with his last one dating to Dec 16th, when Cloud9 lost to ForZe in MIDNITE 9-7. He averaged a 1.00 rating while representing the team, which he leaves due to problems that were logistical “almost insurmountable”, according to the manager.

As we reported earlier that Cloud9 is close to signing former Chaos player Erick Bach “Xeppaa”, who could complete the lineup ahead of Blast Premier.
